I stayed 6 months at Eric’s place/ Colo14 and if my plans wouldn’t be to leave Belgium I would stay in this house for sure! I really enjoyed every aspect of co-housing there.
I had the chance to live with 5 amazingly beautiful people; they are really friendly and looking for this co-housing life. The house is all new, very well furnished, everything works properly, there is a little terrace with a garden view.. so I can assure you will love to live there! I also really liked the district (it’s residential and quiet/safe). There is the huge Soignes Forest and Bois de la Cambre nearby, the bus to get to the city centre is 3 min walk, shops at Place Keym are a short walking distance etc. Everything is really convenient. In a nutshell, you will love your time there if you are looking for living with different people and looking for a beautiful and quiet area. 🙂

I spent 8 months at Colo14. My attic room was just perfect, super bright. The house was equipped with everything you could need, from utensils in the kitchen to an extra screen in the room for you to work from home. The house is finished to the smallest detail, and more importantly the roommates were like family. If you are looking for accommodation in a residential and green area of ​​Brussels this is the right place. Connected to the city center by bus and metro. Super recommended!

A very well renovated house with lots of storage furniture, a cleaning lady for the common areas, netflix available. The decoration is very simple but perfect in my opinion. Very quiet, relaxing and pleasant town to live in. Forest of Soignes and wood of the Cambre not far. A supermarket, a crossroads, bus station, tram or other nearby. The house is nevertheless close to the centre. The owner is quickly available for any questions or concerns within the house. It was a real pleasure to live there!

After 10 months at Colo14, I can only recommend it. A well designed and furnished house, with spacious common areas and friendly roommates. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful place in a green environment (close to Bois de la Cambre). Bus and tram stations, stores and a supermarket nearby, this is definitely a good deal if you want both tranquility and proximity to the city center. Convenient and pleasant are the keywords to describe this place.

I stayed in the attic of colo14 for a year. Living there was a pleasure both because of the beautiful interior design of the house and the friendly atmosphere and kindness of the housemates, who have since become my friends. I was especially happy as to the proximity of the house’s location to green spaces such as the Bois de la Cambre. The attic is bright, receiving light from both windows. The kitchen windows have a beautiful garden view. Overall, it is a nice space to be in.

I had a great time at Colo14. The roomates were very kind and the atmosphere was chill and relaxed (playing board games and eating together every now and then). The house is really clean and calm. On top of that, Eric, the landlord, is really kind and reactive.
