The COLO14 townhouse is equipped to accommodate comfortably up to 6 people, so we can’t accept couples. But you can invite your friend(s) up to 7 days per month, assuming you inform the other co-tenants (read below Can I invite a friend).

Unfortunately, out of respect for the other residents who might be allergic, animals are not permitted in the house.

Co-tenants can park their car in the public streets.

Unfortunately, there is no space to store your bike inside the house.

Co-tenants are required to inform the other co-tenants if they wish to invite friends. Your friends cannot live in your room and cannot stay for more than 7 days per month.

A room can be booked by simply contacting us. We will need your first and last name, date and place of birth, proof of revenue, email, phone number, passport or identity card number and the initial duration of the lease.
This information is required in order to draw up the lease agreement.
The initial duration of the rent can’t be less than six months with a maximum duration of three years.
We will then send you via email the rental lease and the rental inventory and you will be asked to acknowledge agreement by signing the documents electronically.
We will ask you to make an advance payment by wire transfer equivalent to one month of the security deposit in order to secure your booking.
You will also be asked to pay by wire transfer the second month of the securit deposit as well as the first month’s rent before your arrival.
Finally, you’re here! On your arrival day, you will be welcomed by the owner, who will make sure you feel comfortable and will explain how the houseshare at COLO14 works.
From there, you will have 14 days to make any amendments to the rental inventory, just in case we missed something.

Actually, if you work in Brussels, you must take up residence where you live to avoid any issues with the tax administration.

The price shown in the description is the amount of rent including utilities. These include water charges, electricity, heating, internet, and television, as well as the weekly cleaning of shared spaces and bedrooms.

The security deposit is equal to two months rent (without utilities).
The first month of the security deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
The second month of the security deposit must be paid before the day you move in.

The minimum rental period at COLO14 is six months.

You can extend your contract as many times as you wish, as long as it doesn’t exceed three years.

Yes, provided that your respect your 2 months prior notice

It is not permitted to sublet your room.

The rent is due on the 1st day of the month and must be paid by wire transfer to the owner’s account.

The house is insured against fire hazard and natural disasters but does not cover personal your belongings.

All our rooms are fully furnished and equipped with a single or double bed, a bedding set, a desk, a desk chair, a wall board, a wardrobe, lamp(s), blinds/curtains and a 24″/27″ monitor depending on the size of the room.

Each bedroom has a wall board that you are free to personalize.
Keep in mind that you will have to restore the room in its original state before your departure, so we advise you discuss with the owner before making any change.

The common areas include the kitchen, the dining room, the terrace and the living room on the second floor and the laundry room on the ground floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, induction cooktop, one combo fridge/freezer, a second fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, two coffee machines and cupboards.

There are 3 toilets at COLO14, each shared by 2 cotenants.
